Role Overview The role of a Leasing Consultant is 1/3 salesperson, 1/3 advisor, 1/3 administrator. You have to sell your community, but you have to do it by listening and adapting to the needs of your customers. You re the community s cheerleader, leasing rock star, and customer service champion!
