Position Summary/Purpose:
The primary focus of this position is to coordinate and be responsible for the success of the pump and filtration yards. Focusing on safety and effectiveness this role will coordinate all functions within the assigned branch and ensure the yards meet all expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinates the day:to:day operations of all positions, focusing on safety and efficiently preparing units for rental/sale, delivery and pick:up
:
Based on demand and forecast of units, will assign and schedule team to maximize time and increase available units based on upcoming demand
:
Will monitor all costs and production to ensure effective use of resources and time
:
Will coach, train and mentor team to focus on safety, efficiency and high performance
:
Works with branch leadership to develop new processes and procedures with a focus on safety and efficiency to prepare units to go to rent. May also oversee the scheduling of supplies

:Welder and Forklift, if needed
Experience/Education:
:
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
:
2 Years of operations experience
:
Knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel
:
Ability to multi:task effectively
:
Knowledge of OSHA and state specific safety regulations
:
Welding experience or welding certificate
:
Forklift Certification preferred
:
Communicate clearly: verbal and written
:
Valid Drivers License
