Coordinator of Academic Area (Coordinator - Graduate Program) Computer Science and Engineering College of Engineering Louisiana State University This position provides administrative support to faculty and graduate students by managing the Graduate Program. This position also serves as the Assistant to the Graduate Advisor. Duties include preparing personnel forms, maintaining student files, working with the International Services Office when assisting international students, and utilizing/updating LSU databases. This position will also assist current/prospective graduate students by answering process-related questions, providing counseling on academic milestones, and supporting the faculty groups involved with the graduate program. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: One to two years of experience with databases, student interaction, or administrative work in an educational environment preferred.
