Checkered Giant: An adoptable rabbit in Baton Rouge, LA in Baton Rouge, Louisiana For Sale

Isabelle & Penelope were originally from a breeder who could not show them due to their incorrect markings. They were picked up off of craigslist, then later surrendered to MHRR in Sept xxxx. These beautiful ladies are a little over a year old. They are very long and lean, as checkered giants should be! They are curious and not too shy (especially when it comes to dinner time!), but they aren't sure about petting and do not like being picked up at all. They were spayed in Nov xxxx. They have gotten a LOT better about using their litterbox but are still aren't 100% with it. Due to their size, they need to be kept in a large enclosure, such as an exercise pen. Though Penelope is the alpha, they do everything together and must be adopted together. Penelope & Isabelle are fostered in Baton Rouge, LA. Transportation to nearby areas can sometimes be arranged.
